Endolift before and after
What the results actually show
Before and after photographs are the first thing most people want to see, and the thing most likely to mislead them. Here is a full set across the face, neck and body, along with an honest account of how to read them.
The results further down this page are real, and I am proud of them. I would still rather hand you the tools to judge them than ask you to take my word for it, because before and after photographs are the easiest thing in aesthetics to fake. Lighting, angle, expression and posture can manufacture an improvement no treatment delivered. So here is how to read a gallery properly, mine included, and then you can decide for yourself what you are looking at.
Endolift is a minimally invasive laser treatment that tightens skin and reduces small pockets of fat using a fine optical fibre placed under the skin. The images further down show results across the face, neck and body. They are real results, they are not retouched, and they are also not a promise. Individual outcomes vary with age, skin quality and what is realistically achievable for you.
How to read these photographs
When I look at a before and after pair, I am checking three things, and you should too.
- Is the lighting the same in both? A softer light in the after shot flatters skin regardless of treatment.
- Is the angle the same? A few degrees of head tilt changes a jawline dramatically.
- Is the expression neutral in both? A relaxed jaw in one and a held one in the other is not a result.
Apply that test to any clinic’s gallery, including this one. If a pair does not survive it, it is not evidence.
What actually changes
Endolift works by delivering laser energy directly beneath the skin through a fibre finer than a needle. That does two things at once. It tightens the tissue immediately through a thermal effect, and it stimulates collagen remodelling that continues over the following months. In practice, the change you see is a firmer, better defined contour rather than a different face.
Across the face and neck, the areas that respond most predictably are the jawline, the area under the chin, the neck itself and the lower and middle thirds of the face. On the body, I use it for smaller, stubborn areas where skin quality and a modest pocket of fat are the issue together, such as the inner arms, inner thighs, knees and abdomen.
A good result with Endolift looks like you, on a better day. If a photograph shows someone who looks like a different person, something other than the laser is responsible.
Where the honest edges are
Endolift is a very good non-surgical answer to laxity and sagging, and for most of the people who ask me about it, it is the right one. It is not surgery, though, and there is a point where surgery still does more: significant, established sagging with a lot of loose skin. If you are at that point I will say so at consultation, because sending you away with the right information is worth more to me than one booking.
It is also not a weight loss treatment. On the body it sculpts small localised areas beautifully, and it is not there to change your weight. And the result is not instant, which is really a feature rather than a fault: what you see at three to six months is more than what you saw at three weeks, and it is your own collagen doing it.
What your own result would depend on
Age, skin quality, how much laxity there is, the area being treated, and how your own collagen responds. Two people the same age with the same concern can get meaningfully different results, which is exactly why I assess in person rather than quoting from a photograph.
If you want the full background on how the treatment works, read what Endolift is, and for the money side, what Endolift costs in the UK.
Every pair below survives the test I have just given you, which is the main thing I want you to take from this page. The change is real, it is your own collagen doing it, and it holds for two to three years.
What a photograph cannot tell you is how much of that change you personally will get. That takes ten minutes in front of a mirror with someone who will give you a straight answer, and that is free.

Common questions, answered
Yes. They are unretouched before and after pairs showing results across the face, neck and body. They are shown to illustrate the kind of change Endolift can produce. They are not a guarantee, because individual results vary with age, skin quality and the area treated.
Some tightening is visible immediately, and then the most significant improvements develop progressively over three to six months as new collagen matures. Results typically last two to three years. The result you see at first is not the final result.
On the face and neck, the jawline, under the chin, the neck and the lower and middle thirds of the face respond well. On the body, it suits smaller localised areas such as the inner arms, inner thighs, knees and abdomen.
They are different things, and for mild to moderate laxity Endolift is an excellent alternative: a real lift and tightening, no incision, no general anaesthetic, days of recovery rather than weeks, and a result that lasts two to three years. Where sagging is significant and established, surgery still achieves more, and we will tell you that at consultation rather than sell you a treatment unlikely to give you what you want.
The results, by area
Filter by area, and select any image to enlarge it. Every pair is unretouched. Results shown are individual and are not a guarantee of what any particular person will achieve.
Results vary from person to person. These images are shown to illustrate the kind of change Endolift can produce, not to promise a specific outcome, and they should not be read as typical. What is realistic for you is something I would establish at a face-to-face consultation.

Photographs only tell you so much. Book a consultation and I will assess your skin in person and tell you honestly what Endolift would and would not achieve for you.
