What each does well
Morpheus8 has a strong reputation for deeper tissue remodelling and for tightening where the concern is structural. Practitioners who use it a great deal report good outcomes on jawline definition and on skin that needs work below the surface, and I have no reason to dispute that.
NeoGen’s strength is comprehensiveness across the surface. Because the energy is delivered uniformly rather than at points, it addresses texture, tone, fine lines, surface laxity and pigmentation in the same treatment, and it can be dialled from a light session up to an intensive one depending on what your skin needs and what downtime you can accept.
